FEATURES

The user places a piece of billiard chalk into the chalk holder with the usable side facing the file. Pressure is applied between the chalk holder and the file by tightening the spring above the file by turning the thumb nut. The user then turns the chalk holder in either a clockwise or counter clockwise direction causing the usable side of the chalk to be re-shaped.
